The White Gallery Prekorje facility, located on the outskirts of the village Prekorje, which is 2km away from the center of Celje and 800m to enter the motorway Maribor - Ljubljana. The village is surrounded by woods, the house stands on a large plot of approx
2100 m2, at the end of the village, so that the open view to the southwest of fields, meadows and woods. The beautiful lake Šmartinsko is only 1km away. The facility was built in 1991 and then considered modern construction technology, is reflected in the quality that you see in the perfect house today. Open, modern architecture reveals approximately 850 m2 of useful area on three floors with six bathrooms, cellar, indoor pool, multi purpose gallery space on the ground floor, surrounding infrastructure, surrounding irrigated areas, controlled parking, lighting, drainage and controlled asphalt driveway.

IN THE HEART OF EUROPE

Slovenia is positioned in the heart of Europe, more or less in geometrical centre, between
Italy, Austria, Hungary and Croatia, where the Alps face the Pannonia plains and the Mediterranean
meets the mysterious Karst. As a beautiful and picturesque country, Slovenia
makes a great tourist destination. There are beautiful mountains and green hills with
amazing views; some are full of vineyards. We have lakes, waterfalls, forests, caves, hills,
plains, rivers, as well as many natural and landscape parks. We have sea-side, a short one,
but it's there, with beautiful seaside cities. Precisely, you can see all of Slovenia, within
2-3-hour drive from our capital Ljubljana. You can go skiing on the mountains in the
winter, swimming in the sea in the summer, hiking all over beautiful hills and mountains
from spring till autumn. Although small Slovenia is covered with various monuments and
other sightseeing options that will keep you busy during your free time.

Prekorje is situated in perfect location almost in the middle of Slovenia. The capital city Ljubljana is only 40 minutes drive away. The romantic lake Šmartinsko is 5 min walking distance from the property. In the soroundings you will find a natural thermal spas like Laško, Dobrna, Rogaška slatina... The major capitals are also very close. Vienna 2,5h drive, Trieste 2h drive, Venice 3h drive, Graz 1h drive, Maribor 0,5h drive, Zagreb 1,5h drive......

CELJE - PREKORJE

Celje is the town of the Counts of Celje because of one of the most powerful European noble families. Celje Castle and the town centre are surrounded by a green environment where you can take an
active break. The nearby hop-growing Žalec is home to the internationally known attraction the Green Gold Fountain.

Celje – diverse and rich experiences in a small area. Romantic streets in the historic city center, small corners for secret conversations at the city park, architecture that unveils the richness and diversity of the past and rich content provided by museums, galleries and theaters. All of that in the city center and only a few steps away. Celje is a family friendly city almost every corner in the city, be it a shop, a tavern or a park, has a playground, books or different toys to entertain children throughout the day.

ŠMARTINSKO LAKE

Šmartinsko lake is located in the direct vicinity of Celje. Its winding coastline and picturesque backdrop make it a particularly appealing hiking destination. The idyllic pristine nature, varied offer, and above visitors. Numerous hikers, joggers, cyclists, and four-footed friends Lake. Boats, kayaks, and paddle boats can be rented for fun on the water. The bustling aquatic life makes the lake a heaven on Earth for
recreational fishing. A small golf course and a picnic area are also nearby.
